DESCRIPTION:Start your day with movement\, connection\, and ceremonial cacao at Kootenay Dance Flow – Cacao & Community\, a morning ecstatic dance gathering led by Dancin Dave. \n\n\n\nThe morning begins with cacao\, gentle connection\, and a short embodiment warm-up\, then flows into a music-led freeform dance journey. This is not a class\, there’s no choreography and minimal talking\, just space to move\, pause\, rest\, and express yourself however you feel called. \n\n\n\nDances are held in a mindful\, sober container: barefoot or light socks\, no phones\, and no conversation on the dance floor (vocalizations are welcome!).
