Celebrate 60 years of the Kootenay Trout Hatchery at this free Open House in Fort Steele.
Enjoy guided hatchery tours, kids fishing activities, and the chance to learn more about local fish conservation and aquatic ecosystems. This family-friendly event is perfect for all ages and offers a fun, hands-on way to connect with the outdoors.
There will also be cake and a BBQ (cash only) hosted by the Bull River Community Association.
