Get up close with the newest arrivals at Fort Steele Heritage Town during the special Inside the Lambing Barn experience. This behind-the-scenes event invites small groups inside the historic Livery lambing barn to meet adorable newborn lambs and learn about life on the fort during lambing season.
During this interactive visit, Fort Steele staff will share insights about sheep care, the lambing process, and how animals are cared for throughout the year. It is a unique opportunity to experience springtime on the historic site while learning about traditional farm life.
Each ticket includes general admission to Fort Steele Heritage Town, allowing guests to explore the site before or after their lambing barn visit. Sessions take place at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on select dates between March 21 and March 28.
Tickets are $25 plus GST and service fees, and children 5 and under are free, making this a great family-friendly spring outing. Space is limited due to small group sizes, so advance booking is recommended.
