Spend a full day at Fort Steele Heritage Town learning practical horse packing skills in this hands-on clinic led by experienced instructors from Sawtooth Outfitters. Participants will explore different packing methods, practice with horses, and learn essential techniques for caring for animals and staying safe while travelling in the backcountry.
The clinic runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and includes lunch. Sponsored by Back Country Horsemen in partnership with Sawtooth Outfitters, the clinic welcomes beginners and experienced riders alike. Participants must be 12 years or older, and those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Advance registration is required.
